Services

Everything from the first design to the out of hours support service.

Four pillars that overlap on purpose. Most clients start with one and end up with two or three, because the problems rarely respect the boundaries between them.

Working together

How the four fit together.

A typical relationship starts narrow and widens. Someone needs a system built; a year later we are hosting it, and a year after that we are looking after the laptops it runs on too.

Start with the question

Not every problem is a software problem. We would rather spend two weeks establishing that than six months proving it.

Build and run as one job

Software that someone has to operate gets designed differently from software that someone else has to operate. We are always the someone.

Widen only where it helps

We will happily take on more of your estate, but only where one supplier genuinely removes friction rather than merely concentrating the invoice.

Next step

Not sure which of these you need?

Most engagements start as one thing and turn out to be another. Describe the problem and we will tell you what it actually looks like from here.
